Deeley Homes took on an end to end role and utilised the expertise of the group to create ten new homes in this sought after village just eight miles South East of Stratford-upon-Avon.
The project marks a return to building houses for sale from Deeley after a gap of six years and has come to represent a major success upon completion in Autumn 2019.
The project involved working with a design team and the local authority to ensure that the plans complied with regulations and could be completed to the completed to the highest standard as an attractive option in the South Warwickshire housing market.
We worked in close collaboration with the Parish Council to ensure we provided a scheme that benefited the village of Pillerton Priors. Parish Council chairman Ian Greenall was invited to perform an open ceremony after the council ensured the development went ahead.
Each home has a fantastic view onto the Warwickshire countryside.
