Once the conveyancing process is complete, one of our friendly Deeley staff will conduct an initial property handover, showing you everything you need to know from internal and external features, meter points, to the defect report process.

Each property will be provided with an electronic version of all appliance manuals, building certificates & drawings along with a home demonstration video.

As we want you to settle into your new home, we give all occupiers 7 days to report any defects or areas of concern through our Customer Care Portal which our dedicated team will start rectifying immediately as part of our two-year Deeley Home Warranty, ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your new Deeley Home.
