- Sites of typically 1 – 5 acres suitable for redevelopment
- Former industrial sites. Infill sites such as former pubs, former car showrooms, former care homes
- Greenfield, brownfield and grey belt sites are all considered
- Working with existing landowners to maximise development potential and value
