Deeley Construction has completed work on a new £5.2 million regional headquarters for Bloor Homes in Lichfield.
The new modern, purpose-built workspace will bring the housebuilder’s teams together and is designed to support the next stage of its growth across the region.
The 18,500 sq ft headquarters was delivered by Deeley Construction and now serves as an operational base for more than 50 members of staff.
It also provides capacity to train and develop further employees as Bloor Homes continues to address critical regional and national housing needs.
It is the second development that Deeley Construction has completed for Bloor Homes and follows the construction of regional offices for the housebuilder in Tewkesbury in 2022.
The new headquarters has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and places sustainability at its core, incorporating 160 solar panels, 20 electric vehicle charging points, permeable paving and a sustainable urban drainage system.
Bloor Homes is a family owned and run housebuilder, recognised as a five-star builder by the Home Builders Federation’s (HBF) customer satisfaction survey 2026.
It builds thriving communities, with schools, transport infrastructure and green spaces, to create better life experiences for the people that live there
Paul Degg, Regional Managing Director for Bloor Homes’ Midlands region, said: “This represents a new chapter for Bloor Homes Midlands.
“The investment we have in our teams and creating the right environment for collaboration is important as we continue to deliver high quality new homes and communities across the region.
“We have created a workspace that not only reflects modern working practices and meets our needs today, but also futureproofs the way our teams will work for years to come. Here’s to the next chapter from our new home.”
Steve Turner, Construction Director at Deeley Construction, said: “It has been fantastic to work with the team at Bloor Homes on this project.
“The result is a workspace that hits a high sustainable standard and will support the business in its regional growth across the Midlands.”
