As the head of the Design & Build department, Richard is a focal point for information and data at Deeley Group. His Design and Build team control the flow of construction information for our projects and engage with both our supply chain and client design teams, whilst co-ordinating designs and their journey from the design team to the construction team, to the client.
Richard joined the industry as a quantity surveyor, before joining us and working his way up to a managerial role, where he is now the main design point of contact for our clients and their representatives.
As a man who values honesty and integrity, Richard sees himself progressing the company’s commitment to sustainability by making sure our future projects adapt to climate change regulations, whilst ensuring we move towards our company goal of net zero carbon in 2036.
Richard is also a man of leisure, spending his free time with his nose in a crime-thriller novel, or spending time with his family on biking trips, hikes and vacations.
