Matthew Lynch

Matthew is our Commercial Director, which means he ensures the commercial aspects of our projects run efficiently. He manages our team of Surveyors, and helps to collaborate with Contract Managers, Site Managers, and the Design & Build team, whilst building partnerships with clients and sub-contractors.

Matthew joined us in 2006 after finishing school, as a Management Trainee. Matthew, who always admired the industry, says it is a privilege to have been able to climb the ladder with Deeley Group, and achieve an Honours Degree in Construction Management at Coventry University alongside working.

He has also completed an ILM Leadership Management course during his time at Deeley, which has helped him in his role as Commercial Director, that requires overseeing and managing the finances of our construction projects.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys going on the occasional holiday. Although, whilst he’s in the country, you’ll find him on a golf course, out on a walk or watching the football with friends down the pub.
