Eleanor’s life in the construction industry started as a child, when she would spend Saturday mornings at our old Torrington Avenue offices with her grandfather, George Deeley. In her day-to-day it’s best to ask what doesn’t she do, as she is involved in everything from Branding to Project Delivery, dealing with agents and consultants to generate new business whilst raising our profile to new clients to create partnerships, and welcoming new starters to the company.
Her 20 years of experience in the property industry and expertise in housing, mixed-use schemes, land development and investments have made her the perfect fit as our Joint Managing Director, where she smoothly guides daily operations within the company.
Eleanor keeps a very busy schedule into her personal life as well; outside of being a working mum of two, she enjoys yoga and the occasional whisky when the Rugby’s on, or when playing her favourite podcast, The Good, the Bad and the Rugby. Her favourite quote describes her lifestyle perfectly: “Work hard. Play hard.”
