Dean Weldon

Dean handles our day-to-day development operations for Deeley Homes and Deeley Developments. He is primarily responsible for the delivery of Homes and Affordable Living. Dean was attracted to Deeley Group’s core values and the honourable reputation of Deeley Group, which is valuable when liaising with client development teams and local stakeholders.

Dean co-ordinates planning applications with ongoing projects to ensure budgets are adhered to, and to produce development updates for clients and landowners. He also undertakes comprehensive management of pre-construction activities to pre-empt any issues and resolve them swiftly.

A qualified referee and avid football lover, Dean settles into his free time watching games with the family. He’s also a keen adventurer and loves to travel to various exciting destinations.
