Deeley secures place on HCA DPP3

Deeley Group has secured a place on the HCA’s Delivery Partner Panel 3.

The HCA DPP3 is valued at £8 billion in housing and associated development over the next four years, doubling the forecast for spending from the previous framework value.

Deeley Group has successfully secured a place on the three lots applied for in the Midlands, South & South West and East & South East regions, which between them have a combined estimated value of £5.3 billion.

The Deeley Group has offered land, finance, design and build options to housing associations for decades.

In recent years, it has delivered over 550 affordable, private rental and extra care homes for the likes of Orbit Homes, Waterloo Housing, and Stonewater.

Martin Gallagher, Managing Director of Deeley Construction, said: “The appointment clearly demonstrates our commitment to future growth and solidifying the end-to-end offering that the Deeley Group have delivered to clients and communities alike for the past 80 years”.

Matt Parry, Development Manager of Deeley Properties, added: “We are delighted to announce we have been successful in our bid to join the HCA’s procured list of developers for three lots.

“This appointment will help us to continue delivering housing across the Midlands region, whilst expanding our offering into the South East and South West.

“The end-to-end offering of Deeley Group will continue to be managed by Deeley Properties, who act as the development arm of the group acquiring land and sourcing finance where required, whilst Deeley Construction continues to act as the main contractor for the group.”

DPP3 will run for four years, active as of 31 July 2017
