In 2023 we joined The Maternity Pledge – a new initiative for employers to support women with perinatal mental health and the transition into motherhood. We want to ensure new mothers at the company get the best experience of maternity leave.
The initiative is designed to improve staff wellbeing and staff retention after mothers return to the workplace from maternity leave, enhancing the provision already provided by the Deeley Group.
