Make Work Better

We provide a different perspective on workplace cohesion.

All of our employees have undergone Diversity & Inclusion training. We also have a voluntary squad of staff members invested in Equality & Diversity; the Make Work Better team.

In 2021, we joined the Mental Health at Work Commitment.

We have a standardised reporting process in place across all sites.

Our values align with career progress for women and minorities.

The Deeley Group empowers staff as ambassadors for mental health awareness at work by providing training for mental health first aid programmes.

We openly employ with equal opportunities for all, and it is the Deeley Group’s policy to provide equal opportunities for all employees in relation to recruitment, training and promotion. Decisions in these areas will be made only by reference to the requirements of the job and shall not be influenced by any consideration of ethnic origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation or ability.

In 2023 we joined The Maternity Pledge – a new initiative for employers to support women with perinatal mental health and the transition into motherhood. We want to ensure new mothers at the company get the best experience of maternity leave.

The initiative is designed to improve staff wellbeing and staff retention after mothers return to the workplace from maternity leave, enhancing the provision already provided by the Deeley Group.
