This new development further expanded the Deeley Group’s roadside expertise, and is the third Starbucks that Deeley have completed in the past five years.
Deeley Construction were appointed by LondonMetric Property to build the 1,798 sq. ft project just south of the city centre.
The new drive-thru restaurant is located next to the Sofology furniture store in Camp Hill, Birmingham that Deeley Construction successfully completed in 2021.
The new restaurant generated employment for people living in the area and it is a strong addition to those who live in or pass through Camp Hill.
Our relationship with London Metric started with the rebuild of the Dunelm Mill store in Coventry around a decade ago and we were pleased to work with them and their Employer’s Agent, Sharman Projects, again.
Sharman Projects carried out the quantity surveying and cost consultancy for the development, which was sustainably built and achieved BREEAM Excellent status, a leading sustainability accreditation.
