St. Wilfrid’s Gardens, Oundle

A flagship Extra Care scheme which will provide much needed homes for the people in Oundle and North Northamptonshire

The development, which is being delivered with grant funding from Homes England, represents Deeley Group’s sixth scheme in partnership with Housing 21.

The St Christopher Drive development is a £14.6 million flagship project that will transform the Extra Care Living offering in North Northamptonshire.


This innovative scheme demonstrates Deeley Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing for the over-55 community, incorporating cutting-edge sustainability measures and fostering strong community ties. The development is set to be a benchmark for Extra Care schemes across the region.


The facility consists of 65 dwellings within a 3-storey structure. The design includes communal spaces, a new access road, a car park, and extensive landscaping.


Constructed with a traditional brick-and-block structure and a few steel-frame sections, the project is thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of older residents while integrating sustainable features:
