Deeley Group delivers another brownfield regeneration development in partnership with Warwick District Council and Waterloo Housing Group
The nine two-bedroom and nine three-bedroom affordable properties form one of a series of schemes under the ‘W2 Partnership’ between Warwick District Council and Homes England, which focuses on regenerating brownfield sites.
This site used to house dairy products company Dairy Crest but will now house new affordable homes aimed at the local community – four of which will be available to rent and 14 of which will be sold as shared ownership.
As noted the former industrial property was demolished with hazardous materials from the building and in the ground removed from site and an attenuation tank has been installed below the play area to collect stormwater.
By working in close liaison with local builders merchants Jewsons, we arranged access for deliveries via their yard which minimised disruption to the surrounding properties.
