This new two-storey health centre in Lillington will create new benefits to the community, including health services and the creation of more jobs.
The facility will integrate different health professionals and support improved access to services for local residents. The development will integrate primary care services alongside a range of community health teams and will support increased access to vital services for the local population.
Deeley Construction is undertaking the construction on behalf of partners from South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust and their wholly owned subsidiary company, SWFT Clinical Services, Warwick District Council and Coventry and Warwickshire’s Integrated Care System.
The Health Centre will create benefits for the community in Lillington. There was currently an overdemand for health services in the area that the current facilities could not keep up with. This new health centre alleviates that strain in Lillington.
The aluminium windows will include features such as solar shading and shutters which will allow the clients to control the sunlight that shines into the rooms.
Once the interior works begin, laminated faced door sets are due to be installed, as well as PV, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating.
Externally, the works include hard and soft landscaping which will begin near the end of the project.
