This new 66-bed specialist care home in Olney is one of a pipeline of next-generation new-build care homes which Kingsley Healthcare is rolling out as part of its Kingsley Vision 2025.
This high quality care home in Olney, near Milton Keynes, is the second development that
Deeley Construction have worked on in partnership with Kingsley Healthcare Group.
The development, which is being built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard is yet another for Deeley
Construction in the care home sector.
This new development is set to deliver luxury features that are often only found in top class hotels. Features will also include a library, a café, a state-of-the-art cinema room, a garden room and a therapy
and wellness room.
The facility will also boast a private dining room for families to visit their loved ones and celebrate occasions and birthdays with a private chef.
This project is expected to increase approximately 100 more jobs locally including support workers,
chefs, maintenance people, housekeepers, hospitality hosts, administrators, nurses and managerial roles.
