Fordham House, Stratford-Upon-Avon

ABD Developments and Orbit Homes lead the way with a targeted ‘key worker’ accommodation development in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Fordham House is a new development of 82 private rent apartments in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. The apartments will comprise 64 one bed flats and 18 two bed flats, all fully self-contained.

In a prime location on the corner of Birmingham Road and Clopton Road, with close proximity to the hospital and town centre, initial preference will be given to local key workers, such as health and emergency service workers and teachers, as well as local people.

The development is being brought to market through a partnership between Stratford Town Trust, Orbit, ABD Developments and Robothams Architects. Deeley Construction is the design and build contractor.

The development has seen the existing building at Warwick House, on the corner of Birmingham Road and Clopton Road, demolished to make way for a brand new building.
