This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and skills in a varied and busy workplace in the construction and property development sector. There are a number of departments within the Company who have to work together to achieve the end goal. You will be able to see how a project works from start to finish and see how each team contributes to it. You will be based in a team of experienced Administrators who will provide guidance and training.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, day to day activities will include:
> Answering incoming calls, providing cover on reception and setting up meeting rooms
> Downloading tender documents and monitor updates from the tendering bodies to ensure the Estimating Team are aware of any changes in the tenders
> Uploading documents onto the document management system ensuring correct protocols are followed
> Chasing tender returns on request
> Attending project handover meetings and taking minutes
> Providing support to the PA to the Directors in setting up meetings, typing letters, reports and emails and producing spreadsheets and presentations as required
> Printing and photocopying of documents and plans
> Filing using both electronic and paper systems
Skills and experience you will need
No previous experience is necessary but you’ll need excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and a can do attitude. You’ll also need to be able to multi-task and have a flexible attitude and be a team player.
